Found a point to tap the 19.2Mhz signal.

With in a few seconds of power up the osilator is on 19.20000006 and the modem transmitts then steps off frequency.

My guess is the cell site tells the modem to suthdown because it is not a authorized user.

A good sign that the 19.20000006 repeats each time on power up.

Maybe it will behave different if I disable transmitt.
